  • 2 shots Espresso or Strong Coffee

  • cup Frothed or steamed milk You can use any milk, including non-dairy alternatives.
  • Whipped Cream Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream for the ultimate indulgence.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Your Coffee:
    Brew two cups of strong coffee, making it stronger than usual. This drink deserves a strong coffee base against the other flavors.
  • Melt the Chocolate:
    Melt the dark chocolate on low heat with a spoonful of pre-warmed milk. This will create a rich, silky chocolate sauce that pairs brilliantly with the caramel.
  • Caramel and Rum Merge:
    Mix the caramel sauce and the rum in a different cup, ensuring they harmonize well
  • Build Your Drink:
    Pour the chocolate sauce and caramel rum mix into the bottom of your serving cup, followed by the freshly brewed coffee. Stir gently to combine and melt any remaining bits of chocolate.
  • Milk Time:
    Froth or steam your choice of milk and pour it over the chocolate coffee mix. Sweeten to taste with a sprinkle of brown sugar if you love sweetness, but the caramel sauce might make it sweet enough!

    Top it off with a cloud-like whipped cream.
